PLH Academy, How to lay imprinted concrete correctly

Step One

Lay concrete in the conventional manner, rollertamp and bullfloat in preparation for colour hardener application.

Step Two

PERMACOLOUR Dry Shake Colour Hardener is applied in a 2-3 coat application and floated into the surface.

Step Three

Prior to imprinting apply PERMACOLOUR Antique Release Agent and then stamp in the texture mats.

Step Four

After 2-3 days, pressure wash the surface using our special Pre-Seal Wash. This ensures removal of all excess release agent.

Step Five

When the work is completely dry apply the sealer.
