Concrete experience is recommended but not essential. This class puts an emphasis on Concrete Technology: on-site use of admixtures, step retardation and mix designs. The modules include Stamped and Stenciled Concrete, Decorative Stains, Surface Prep for Slick'em micro topping and stamped and Stenciled Overlays. Previous concrete experience allows for a more complete understanding of information.

All concrete training courses cost £350
Cancellation policy: PLH Academy requires 14 days advanced notice for cancellations in order to fill any last minute positions left open. Any cancellations received after the 14-day cut-off period will be charged a £175 fee (this includes any no-shows)
Lodging: The Southend Guest House, Southend Avenue, Bramley, LS13 (Tel: 0113 256 0884), which is 5 minutes drive to the academy, provides discounted room rates to Seminar attendees. When you call to make reservations you will need to let them know that you are attending a PLH seminar.
Lunch: PLH Academy provides lunch every day (not at McDonalds)
Seminar Training: Training begins at 8:00am each morning and will conclude around 4:30 each afternoon. On Saturday the seminar will finish around 11:30 am, lunch will be served.
Class Size: Class size is limited in order to maximize the hands-on learning experience. The training is lead by ACI certified finisher Paul Hirst.
Purchases: Our training is far more informational and educational than sales oriented. However, we are available to assist you in choosing materials on Saturday morning.
Please have your order from completed and ready before the end of the training session Saturday.
Seminar Discount: We offer seminar attendees a 5% discount on all purchases.
Note: You have a full week to get your discount on your first purchase after attending the seminar. If you choose to drive yourself you may want to consider taking your product with you to save on freight costs.
